Announcements
Dear Parents,
It is hard to believe that it is already February and the second semester is well under way. We wanted to share with you some news on our upcoming referendum.
On April 3, 2012, residents will have the opportunity to cast their ballots on one referendum question to address critical capital facility needs, primarily at Riverside Middle School and Watertown High School in the amount of $6,200,000.
Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and for the first time in Wisconsin, voters will be required to show a photo ID prior to voting. Absentee ballots and early in-person voting will also be available.
For more information about the projects, email us directly at referendum@watertown.k12.wi.us , attend the Referendum Information Night on March 6, 2012, at 6:00 p.m., in the LGI at Riverside Middle School, visit our schools, or schedule a small group presentation by calling the Superintendent’s office at 920-262-1460.
Sincerely,
Cassandra Schug
Superintendent of Schools
